Symptoms
When Kubernetes attempts to startup a Pod, you get the following error "Failed to pull image "253.255.0.31:5000/pca/vault-agent:v1.7.1": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = error pinging docker registry 253.255.0.31:5000: invalid status code from registry 503 (Service Unavailable)"
