Problem With PCF API Rest Queries (Doc ID 2918886.1)

Symptoms

 While doing some API Rest queries to PCF and there are many of them that there are not working, returning 404 Not Found Error.

For example:
- /oc-cnpolicy-configuration/v1/services/audit: It is working
- /oc-cnpolicy-configuration/v1/services/binding: 404 Not Found
- /oc-cnpolicy-configuration/v1/services/pds/pdsSettings: 404 Not Found
