Incorrect XDR Generation Affecting SMS Settlement Reports

Symptoms
Some of the SMS xDRs generated by PIC are incorrect based on the MSU/PDU details. Some xDRs contains different TCAP transaction IDs are not part of the TCAP dialogue resulting to incorrect information on xDRs thus affects integrity of the SMS reports.
Attached is the sample problematic xDRs from XXX_MAP_SM_XXXX reconstitution.
The PIC generated 4 xDRs but as checked on the actual MSU/PDU (TCAP transaction IDs), there should only be 2 xDRs and not 4.
1. $XXXXXXX and $XXXXXXXX
2. $XXXXXXXX and $XXXXXXXX
There are only 2 pairs of TCAP transaction IDs as enumerated above.
The 2 xDRs highlighted in yellow have the same Transaction IDs thus should be 1 xDR only while the 4th xDR (in green) contains MSU/PDU with transaction IDs $XXXXXXXX and $XXXXXXXX
