5G SCP 22.3.0: NRF Is Not Present In Nfprofile (Doc ID 2926685.1)

Symptoms

Before CHF registered SCP 22.3.0 was running OK. When CHF registered, it used same instance ID with NRF.
After CHF registered, then the NRF was deregistered because of the same instance ID being used by CHF.
Later it's noticed SCP audit and subscription pod were not ready. Following logMsg was found in both audit and subscription log:

Need a way to manually add NRF back in the nfprofile.
