Question: Is There Any Way to Prevent "drop Database" Commands from Being Written to Binlog in MySQL (Doc ID 2926774.1)

Symptoms

As part of the Release 22.4 DBTier Disaster Recovery Guide (Doc ID: F57212-05), Section 3 discusses dropping all existing NF user databases if the cluster is not a reinstall or fresh install.
However, it is not clear on the exact SQL commands to run, which may result in ALL databases on ALL Geo sites being dropped/deleted, causing a significant outage.
