Symptoms

While the symptoms of this issue are many, one error seen while checking ETCD health VIA Doc 2855444.1, is "failed: x509: certificate has expired or is not yet valid". Other symptoms have included Pods in a CrashBackoffLoop and customers unable to login to SEUI or CEUI.
