[PCA X9-2] Grafana GUI Do Not Allow Non Default Admin User to Sign In.

Symptoms
- Logging into Grafana Dashboard using non default user accounts does not work. Login works only with the default Admin account.

When “Sign in” is clicked, the "http authentication" pop-up window reloads with empty username and password field.

- The ingress rules for sauron-grafana, shows some leftover authentication related annotations after upgrading to Sauron to 3.0.2.

- The kubectl describe command clearly showing some left-over annotations, which ideally should not be seen.

Upgrade performed from PCA 3.0.1 to 3.0.2.
