SBC: xcode load oscillates between 0 or 2% for one transcoding call in vSBC

Goal
For a transcoding call such as PCMA to AMR-WB or PCMA to AMR codec, the utilization of one transcoding call is about 2% in the vSBC's such as KVM or VMware, but the same call consumes about 0.28% in h/w SBC's such as 6300, 6350 etc..
