Goal

During testing found SCP has stale NF profiles. Crosschecked with NRF (another vendor) and found differences in NF Status among many profiles.
Attempts to manually delete/update the NF Profile via CNCC/curl is not working. Traces show it is receiving NRF updates for profiles but SCP is not adding/updating those profiles in its DB.
