Syscheck error after TPD install on rack mount server - Unable to map SMARTD ports (Doc ID 2934402.1)

How to resolve when the following is seen after a TPD installation.

1) # syscheck
ERROR: Unable to map SMARTD ports.
Failed to refresh '/usr/TKLC/plat/etc/hardware/smart/cciss.map'!
* smart: FAILURE:: Could not reconfigure disk::smart 3.09!
Running modules in class disk...
* hpdisk: FAILURE:: MAJOR::3000000200000000 -- The hpacucliStatus utility needs intervention.
* hpdisk: FAILURE:: Failure message: The file /var/TKLC/log/syscheck/hpCtlrStatus is unexpectedly empty.
One or more module in class "disk" FAILED
 

2) # hpssacli controller all show
