5G CNE - How To change network already configured on cluster.tfvars (Doc ID 2937476.1)

Goal

Customer wants to change one network in Openstack. They will delete and recreate it. Currently they are unable to delete the network.

LBVM ifconfig had no IP visible from this pool. But still they were not able to delete it.

It seems CNE is holding this pool and not letting openstack make any changes.
