bnxt NIC fails with fma error ereport.io.atu.epkt (Doc ID 2938093.1)

Symptoms

bnxt NIC lost communication with a LAN switch. Rebooted server but the issue still came back.
System is running Solaris 11.4.54.138.1 and BNXT driver version below:
