Tfactl Purge Command Does Not Purge Collection Logs By TFA 23.2 For Windows (Doc ID 2938100.1)

Symptoms

When executing purge command (like as "tfactl purge -older 0h"), command prompt shows target files are successfully deleted.
However, these files are not deleted.

Install AHF/TFA 23.2
