Unable to get output for TFA Collection for audit data due to 'Database <dbname> is not running on the local node, SRDC dbaudit'

For example, when running:

tfactl diagcollect -srdc dbaudit

Eventually, DB_AUDIT will be replaced with UNIFIED_AUDIT
