PIC: Eaglemonitor Log Shows "Unknown eagle CLLI: tekelecstp01" After CLLI Has Been Changed At STP (Doc ID 2943339.1)

Symptoms

 
IMF is not recognizing the new STP CLLI name and showing no traffic in routeDisp. IMF Synchronization is showing no changes and its success. Apply changes also worked fine.

New EAGLE CLLI name is not showing in the IMF tables(CcmEagleClli, CcmLinksets etc) and on NSP GUI/network elements(linksets,links) etc.


eagleMonitor log is not recognizing the new CLLI name.


STC and FC card IPs are successfully pinging from IMF.


Eagle FC mode is FCOPY and cards are IS-NR active(card FCS showing Offline), FC ports having IPs but its showing down, card was rebooted already with no change.

Changes

Migrated the STP from Old hardware to new hardware, but the CLLI name has changed at STP.
