Symptoms
Customer is trying to migrate a ldom from one Host to another on a M10-4 Server and XSCF does not properly sync whereas ldom hosts are listed on the Target Host
Changes
This change is seen on 11.4 SRU51 after upgrading from 11.4 SRU48
