Customers cannot build zones using Ops Center after an OS level upgrade. Any attempt to do so will result in an error:

This prevents sparc and x64 zone creation on Solaris 11.4 SRU 57+.

A Solaris level bug was fixed in Solaris 11.4 SRU 57. This triggers the behavior in Ops Center.
