[PCA 3.x] Faults Reported After PCA X9 Upgrade

Symptoms
After upgrading PCA to 3.0.2-M3.4 (Build 302-b852928) or 3.0.2-M3.5 (Build 302-b892153) or 3.0.2-M3.7.1 (Build 302-b1010555) there is a "major" fault reported for each compute node.
The Service Enclave CLI shows faults for the compute nodes, for example:
