[PCA 2.x] Cannot Move Compute Node to Another Tenant (Doc ID 2952570.1)

Symptoms

When moving a compute node from one tenant to another by running "pca-admin add compute-node" command, it might get error as following:

PCA> add compute-node ovcacn07r1 <TENANTGROUP>

Status: Failure
Error Message: Error (SERVER_000): Exception while trying to add the server ovcacn07r1 to tenant group <TENANTGROUP>: Network <NETWORK> could not be removed
from the server ovcacn07r1: There are VLAN interfaces on the server [ovcacn07r1]'s bond [vx#####]. Please remove the VLAN interfaces first and try again.
