Symptoms

PCF sending ASR during Multi-Party call setup
We have found during a multi-party call that the PCF is sending an ASR to one of the existing Rx sessions, this is then causing the call to drop on the IMS network.

The same behaviour is seen, after the RAR is handled for the 3rd Rx (3 way call) an ASR is sent to the 1st Rx session.
