Goal

When a tenancy is created, a user is also created for administering the tenancy in the Compute Enclave User Interface (CEUI) or its Command Line Interface (CLI)

The Oracle Private Cloud Appliance Security Guide section Compute Enclave User and Password Maintenance states:

 However, there are circumstances under which a password reset of the tenancy administrator is a valid requirement.
