Goal

Attempting to integrate 5G EIR (23.1) release into E2E chain, have provisioned a PEI (imeisv) as blacklisted. Observe that the EIR is answering with Equipment status unknown ("/detail:Provided SUPI/GPSI does not match with PEI association") instead of blacklisted. Conclude it is due to the fact that AMF is also sending IMSI which is not declared in the EIR. Therefore it answers with 404 not found (trace attached).

Per understanding, if no IMSI is associated to a provisioned PEI on the EIR DB it should apply the status to any IMSI.
