Symptoms
Enable the DNS service on an Oracle ZFS Storage Image in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) to access the on-prem DNS server. In the Browser User Interface(BUI) the DNS server listed will be flapping, or going from green to orange to green to orange, etc.
Ping to the DNS sever ip will connect one time and fail the next.
