5G SCP 23.1.0: Enable Enhance Server Header Behavior (Doc ID 2961772.1)

Goal

The feature for Enable Enhance Server Header Behavior V2 seems to be only adding the SCP as the server header and not forwarding the NF producer info in the server header when response error is received from NF producer.  In mode V1 the producer NF instance id is set for server header if the error is from NF producer. But in V2 mode the server header is set as SCP fqdn against the error received from the NF producer. Why this behavior?
