Upgrade failure due to problem with export directory in filemgmt (Doc ID 2962363.1)

Symptoms

 DA-MP upgrade failed due to below error in upgrade.log

 

1689694962::ERROR: Failed to unmount /mnt/ugchroot/sysimage/sftp/public/export\040(deleted)!
1689694962::umount: /mnt/ugchroot/sysimage/sftp/public/export\040(deleted): not found
1689694962::ERROR: Failed to unmount chroot!
1689694962::Stopping remoteExec background p

 

Changes

 Filemgmt directory was empty , files and directories were deleted by mistake.

 All files and directories were recreated in filemgmt directory.
