Symptoms

SL 500 Library robot is not getting detected on the Host server via Direct FC connect with FC HBA

Changes

 The library was previously connected via SAN Switch for both Library Fibre Channel Interface (MPU2 / PUA2) and Drive FC Ports.

 The library is now configured with a new host server, where the Library Fibre Channel Interface (MPU2 / PUA2) is directly connected with Host FC HBA card.

Tape drives  connected and configured via FC/SAN switch.
