Symptoms

During Log bundle upload the Public Note is created by MOS:

File < SR Number >_ak.7f2089c7-8ed4-4838-a289-90fb844bba06.tar.gz was uploaded by an unregistered user <Customer's MOS SSO Account Email> and was NOT attached to the SR. Please contact your organization's Customer User Administrator to ensure that user is properly registered before they attempt to upload a file again.
