ODA : DCS-10001 Occurs When Cloned Database With "Clone Database from Backup" Window (Doc ID 2971571.1)

Symptoms

In the "Clone Database from Backup" window, specify a backup report to clone the database.
Select a file in the Select Backup Report column.


When you clone database, DCS-10001 is occured.

Job Status
  The job to clone a database from backup failed.
     Status Code: 500
     
DCS-10001:Internal error encountered:java.lang.NullPointerException.
