Symptoms
While setting-up “Configuration Manager” on SDM, it is not able to load the integrated SBC configuration and giving below error.
Failure in loading the latest configuration.
Reason: Could not get device information. $ ConfigHandler encountered a general error. Reason: com.acmepacket.ems.common.error.DBServiceEMSE
