Symptoms
After a clear database is executed through the SL4000 GUI, the subsequent Library configuration import fails to configure all the customer user settings and licenses. This is an intermittent issue and could be dependent on the SCSI host aggressively attempting to log back into the SL4000 after the restart.
Note: This issue does not apply to customer’s using the SCI interface.
