[PCA 3.x] Passwordless SSH is not Working to PCA Switches (Doc ID 2976627.1)

Ssh login to all 5 PCA switches were requiring password, not able to connect to any of the switches using passwordless authentication.

Connectivity is working using admin's password in vault.

When running "ssh -vvv" we can see keys are being offered but none of them seem to be accepted.
