EPAP: Switch Configuration Fail With Error Could Not Configure Switch1x! (Doc ID 2978544.1)

Symptoms

The following errors were reported during the switch configuration, on platcfg Main Menu > Network Configuration > Configure Switch.

    ERROR: Error detected in output for tftp of cfg!
    ERROR: Could not transfer config file!
    ERROR: Could not configure switch, switch1B! at /usr/TKLC/plat/sbin/switchconfig
