Symptoms
After upgrading to PCA 3.0.2-M3.6.1 (Build 302-b946415) it was expected that "Bug 35583874 - [PCA 3.0.x] ULN Mirror not working when using FQDN" would be fixed.
However, the problem in [PCA 3.x] : ULN Mirror Repo Sync not working when using https (Doc ID 2966340.1) re-occurred, even though the solution of that document was still in place:
