Symptoms
Solaris pkg(1) and related commands fail with E_COULDNT_CONNECT (7) reason: Failed to connect to pkg.oracle.com port 443 after 1 ms: Couldn't connect to server
These commands are usually run in the Global zone.
A similar error is produced if commands are executed in the non-global zones.
