[PCA 3.x] VM Instance Cannot Resolve Proxy When Set DNS Zone With Certain Domain Name

Symptoms
For X9-2 PCA, login to Compute Enclave and create a DNS zone with certain domain name, e.g. 'mycompany.com'
And then VM instance would not able to resolve proxy:
[root@localhost opc]# nslookup proxy.mycompany.com
...
** server can't find proxy.mycompany.com: NXDOMAIN
[root@localhost opc]#
The VM instance can resolve proxy again after delete the DNS zone.
