 2) Check for duplicate IP addresses
 2. Correct duplicate IPs
 1) Identify the switch that has duplicates
 2) Identify the Compute Instance (aka "VM") properties
 3) Identify the Compute Instance OCID
 4) Open a Service Request to have the issue resolved
