The panic string will be:

assertion failed: (dsl_crypto_key_clone(dd, dsphys, dsobj, origin, dcc, tx)) == 0 (0xd == 0x0)

The panic stack will include:

dsl_dataset_create_sync_dd
dsl_dataset_create_sync
recv_existing_sync
dsl_sync_task_group_sync
