ACSLS 8.5.1 unable to connect to SL4000 after downgrade from 8.5.2. (Doc ID 3015486.1)

Symptoms

The ACSLS 8.5.1 unable to connect to SL4000 primary and secondary.

In acsss_event.log is showing the messages below when start the ACSLS:

In both SL4000 isn't showing the SCI destinations in BUI.

The customer tried to run ACSLS Config but it got same issue.
