TFA-00002 Is Occurred During Starting Up Of TFA (Doc ID 3016571.1)

Symptoms

When starting up of TFA, "TFA-00002 Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) is not running" is reported on command prompt.

 

However, Windows service "Oracle Trace File Analyzer" is started successfully. Also, tfactl status is showing the status of TFA as RUNNING and tfactl diagcollect works well.

Starting up of TFA.
