[PCA 3.x] BRS MySQL Backup Might Take Too Much Disk Space on Root Partition of Management Nodes

Symptoms
On PCA3, brs backup service will perform routine Mysql database backup to the following directory on all 3 management nodes.
/usr/local/mysql/data/BACKUP/
Each backup will be in a sub-folder named 'BACKUP-NNN', where NNN start from 1 and the number will keep increasing.
These backup folders could take up significant amount of disk space on root partition of all 3 management nodes.
