Symptoms

  Running format or prtvtoc on cluster zpool disk shows bogus partitions 120-127.

  Zpool cannot be auto-expanded usimg "zpool online -e"

Changes

 Cluster zpool was created using full DID (i.e. /dev/did/dsk/d6) and not slice 0 DID (i.e. /dev/dsk/did/d6s0)
