VirtualBox 7.0: TPM Not Ready For Attestation While Installing MS Windows 11 Guest And MS Intune (Doc ID 3031455.1)

Symptoms

A Microsoft Windows 11 guest with Microsoft Intune set up fails with this error:
"Error Securing your hardware (0x800705b4)"

One of our customers provided this procedure to reproduce the issue in VirtualBox 7:

1. ISO-Image-Download from https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/software-download/windows11
2. Create new VM (TPM v2.0, EFI enabled, Nested Paging, Hyper-V-Virtualization)
3. Register the new VMs HWID in MS Intune
4. Try to run the standard MS Windows 11/Intune setup. It will fail with the above error message.
