SCP 23.4.1 - Notification Svc Failing To Update NfStatus Based On Audit Process Notification failed with messageCode=4100 for nfType=SCP (Doc ID 3035978.1)

Symptoms

An error on production SCP while trying to update the nfStatus after an audit is performed for nfType=SCP.

While production SCPs performs audit for nfType=SCP, it receives the profile which indicates that non mate SCP is SUSPENDED. Audit svc calculates the hash and sees that it is different that what SCP has at this point "REGISTERED" and informs the notification svc to update the SCP lab profile.

 

Unfortunately the error message and error Cause are null and don't provide any information. "errorMessage=null, errorCause=null"
