Customer stated that there was a problem with pkg command after having updated the Solaris OS image to S11.4 SRU 70 or 71.

The pkg command had failed with a PYTHON error stack that appears to have originated from and error such as in the example below:

  ImportError: ld.so.1: python3.9: relocation error: file /usr/lib/python3.9/lib-dynload/pyexpat.cpython-39.so: symbol XML_SetReparseDeferralEnabled: referenced symbol not found
