Symptoms

The SL4000 Tape Library went offline to ACSLS after importing Duplicate Cleaning Cartridges into the AEM.

In the ACSLS event log messages check for the following:

5007 E StkAcs>>processTimeouts
Unexpected library failure, HEARTBEAT lost
