[ PCA 3.x ] How To Allocate Quotas To PCA FSaaS Resources
(Doc ID 3049759.1)
Last updated on DECEMBER 13, 2024
Applies to:
Private Cloud Appliance X9-2 - Version Not Applicable to Not Applicable [Release NA]Linux x86-64
Goal
Prior to PCA 3.0.2-M3.7.1 (Build 302-b1010555) the Compute Enclave User Interface (CEUI) did not allow for quotas to be allocated to filesystems created.
Creating filesystems is described in the File System Storage chapter of the User Guide
It could only be done using the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Command Line Interface (OCI CLI).
However, due to a defect, changing the quota still requires OCI CLI to be used.
If attempted with the CEUI, either an error will be returned, or the change will simply not be effected.
Reference: [PCA 3.x] : Adding / Modifying / Deleting FS Quota Using the CEUI fails with Error: 500 (INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR) (Doc ID 2996841.1)
