Symptoms

 Oracle ZFS Storage Instance in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) recevies the following alerts:

EVENT-TIME: 02:53:40 DESC: 'OCI': automatic pool expansion started for pool: '<POOLNAME>'.
EVENT-TIME: 03:00:00 DESC: 'OCI': automatic pool expansion finished for pool: '<POOLNAME>'. 'size: 74.99T'.
EVENT-TIME: 03:01:00 DESC: 'OCI': automatic pool expansion started for pool: '<POOLNAME>'.
EVENT-TIME: 03:01:05 DESC: 'OCI': automatic pool expansion failed for pool: '<POOLNAME>'. Error: 'The pool cannot be resized, a volume is hydrating'

Note that it starts a new expansion right after it just finished expanding.
