Symptoms
Solaris 11.4 updating to SRU 72 or later fails with these messages.
Changes
Python 3.7 is removed and no longer available. Python 3.9 is currently available.
This is intentional as noted in Oracle Solaris 11.4.72.176.1 Support Repository Update (Oracle Solaris 11.4 SRU 72.176.1) (Doc ID 3041461.1).
