Goal

Problem Description:
In NRF/ATS-24.1.2, it is observed that during full regression, some random features failed at the step of verifying the response received from slfoptions.

Observation:
1. Features failed at the step where it verifies the response received from slfoptions configuration because in the response slfDiscoveredCandidateList empty.
2. In the rerun, the failed features passed, and the failures were intermittent
