[ PCA 3.x ] Setting Day0 Parameter Admin Network to Disabled in SEUI Causes PCA_GENERAL_000015 Error (Doc ID 3055315.1)

Implementing Day0 on a system shipped with PCA 3.0.2-M3.7 (Build 302-b1001356) or earlier, using the Service Enclave User Interface (SEUI), the Admin Network was selected to be disabled.
An error then occurred with text "PCA_GENERAL_000015: Error returned from Network service. Code: 'InvalidParameter'. Message: 'AdminNetwork needs to be enabled to set up AdminNetwork attributes'"

Changes

 The "Full Administration Network Segregation" feature was introduced in the initial 3.0.2 release.
